A fun way to clean a messy room?

i have a really messy room i mean you cant even see the floor i need a u way to clean it up fast my friends are coming over in an hour!?

Dont stuff it in your closet!Put some music on and pretend your in a music video and its about you cleaning for example if you have a doll on the floor dance with it then put it away you know stuff  like that

You've probably cleaned it by now, but for future ref, a combo method works great. Tunes - a clock - a plan.

1- Tunes - make a "Room Cleaning" playlist (and either burn a cd or play it) of tunes you like that get you moving or just make you feel good or you like singing to or whatever. But keep it on-hand so that whenever you need to clean, it's there and puts you into the mood immediately. Check the clock or set a timer and give yourself 10 min to do each thing below.

2 - Divide and Conquer - keep trashbag and 2 laundry baskets in your room (closet or corner).

10 min. - Trash - It helps if you put all trash in the bag or bin on an ongoing fashion, but in a rush, just go through and throw everything that' trash into the bag.

10 min. - Next, grab the laundry basket - everything that's dirty/needs washing goes in there (again, if you keep it available and use it ongoingly, you may never have to clena in a rush again). Stash in closet or take to laundry room.

10 min. - Now grab the other basket and put the "not dirty/needs hanging, out of place, misc. items there (to put up or hang up later). Stash in closet or take to laundry room.

10 min. - vacuum/sweep

With extra time left, you can do whatever else needs doing (10 min), get yourself ready (10 min) and relax or fix snacks. Enjoy!!

Pretend there's an Olympic room-cleaning event, and it's judged on speed and neatness! Put on the kind of music you'd listen to during a fast workout, and say "ready, set.... go!"

(you should already be cleaning by now though!)

put on a movie with fun dialogue, so if  the tv is not in the room you are cleaning, turn it up so you can at least hear it....or turn up the music...think about how your nice your room is gonna look when ur done cleaning for motivation :)

turn up youre stereo super loud, and see how much that you can pick up before each song ends. like - see if you can clean a fraction of youre room before 2 songs end.

A fun way is having your friends help. Turn on you favorite music, have four boxes labeled toss, keep, wash, donate, and you and your friends can just toss stuff in the correct boxes. Then toss the junk, put away the keeps, wash the dirty, and give the rest to the needy.I wouldn't worry to much about what your friend think of a messy room. Their rooms are probably just the same as yours.
