A good Blog site?

Question

Does anyone know a site, where you can host a blog, and that has like..Rankings? It may sound weird, but the only way i can motivate myself to do anything on the Internet is when im competing with people, and im trying to find a new site that, like has rankings for most viewed blogs ect. Anyone know of any?
