A good HDD camcorder?

Question

Hello. I am looking for a camcorder. It has to be:

- HDD (30GB )

- A very good video quality

- A good sound quality

- NO MORE then 400 euro (600 dollar)

1. CAN YOU TELL ME A GOOD HDD CAMCORDER WITH THE THINGS LISTED ABOVE?

2. CAN YOU TELL ME IF THE Sony DCR-SR35E IS A GOOD CAMERA?

-- If somebody could give me a sample video of the Sony SR35E which is NOT on youtube, PLEASE give me!
