A good backpack for the school year?

I need a very good backpack for the school year. My previous backpacks have ripped horribly. I have gone through 3 Adidas backpacks in one year, because I have so many books. This new backpack must be durable and able to hold 40 lb's. I don't really care about aesthetics, just as long as it isn't pink or horrible looking. And please don't say get rid of a few books. My locker at school is very small and located in a building far a way from every one of my classes. I need a big, durable, backpack that isn't too expensive and will not tear after a mont. Thanks. Personal experience is helpful.

  1. either jansport or gap super backpack.  They are huge and it can hold lots of pounds

  2. well jansports are ok but i would it recondmend it. i would try an oakley back pack, its a bit pricey but it will last if you take care of it. ive had one for about 5 to 6 years and all it has is one small tear so if you want a good backpack go for oakley

  3. JANSPORTS!!!  They are amazing.  My brother used one for a year, then I used it two years after that, and I'm going to use it again this year.  If you want something to hold up, that is the way to go.

  4. Jansports. Most of the kids at my school use Jansport and we have to carry all our books without lockers so Jansport is really durable.

  5. Crumpler!! they're made for wear and tear! and you'll tend to take care of it more. believe me.
