I'm a varsity baseball player at waren high school

and i'm the lead off hitter & center fielder

I'm 5'9 and 140 pounds.

i would say that i'm a small guy.

i played varsity my freshmen year and hit .300

then with a new coach my sophomore year i got dropped to jv

and hit .440

over the summer in an american legion league i hit .442

(varsity)

so i want to know what would be a good enough average

to impress some schools and scouts my junior season and hopefully win all league at least

  1. I would say between .370 to .420

  2. Quit begging for compliments. What is it with you idiots who come in here with your "stats" asking for people to tell you how good you are? Obviously if you were any good real people would be telling you and you wouldn't be wasting time on an internet forum begging for compliments.

  3. that is a good avg. try to hit .500 and school will be impress

  4. .553

  5. You're kidding right?  In what league wouldn't both batting averages be outstanding?  Stay healthy and see you at "the show".
