  1. Incredible pizza or dave & busters for excitement. But D&B will take a long time to bring the food. Montereys(little mexico) or joes crab shack will sing a song for the bday person & montereys will give them a free piece of cake.

  2. cyclone anaya's mid-town

  3. Dave and Buster's.

  4. Cafe Adobe is fun---the one on I-10.

Carmelo's Italian on Memorial at Diary Ashford has great Italian.  Very romantic.

Yao's on Gessner at Westheimer has great Chinese food.  Good wine is served and you can get a private room for 4, 10 or 20 people with a day's notice.

Course's on Yorktown is a restaurant that serves 5 course meals with wine pairings for a fixed price of $39.95/per person.  It is run by the students at The Art Institute of Houston---Culinary School.

Real upscale would be springing for something like the most popular restaurant in Houston, yes #1, Fogo de Chao.  It's would run you 50.00/per person without the drinks.  It's on Westheimer near Fondren.

Las Alamedas on I-10 has moderately priced upscale Mexican food.  This restaurant has beautiful landscaped gardens for pictures.

    Have fun!

  5. Gravitas or The Grove
