A good breakfast that will keep me full until lunch?

I really need a good breakfast that will keep me full until lunch during school- my school starts at 8 am and lunch is at noon. i really a balanced breakfast that doesn't over-fill me but still fills me for 4 hours.

  1. Frosted Mini-Wheats


  2. 1.  a boiled egg that you cook the night before  It's the only perfect protein food.

    Or for variety have

    2.  A piece of toast with peanut butter and an apple slice.

    3.  low fat yogurt with a whole grain cereal or granola and fruit mixed in.

    these are all healthy and will stick to your ribs all morning!  they also say bacon is brain food and whole oatmeal is great for the heart and cholesterol.  You can do both the night before and heat gently in the microwave before school

  3. the only thing that i have found that keeps me full is cooked oatmeal.

    I love to boil sliced apples

    add a pinch of cinnamon

    follow the recipe as it says to cook it for the rest...

    it keeps me full.

    or i will add a tablespoon of instant chocolate pudding to it after it has been cooked and sometimes a touch of peanut butter.. yummy

I know it sounds gross but when I have a morning the needs brain power and it's gonna be awhile before lunch a piece of steamed fish like tilapia (it's not heavy & oily) a bowl of instant oatmeal and a piece of fruit. Keeps me going till about 2 or 3. And best of all takes 6 minutes tops from start to finish. Often times the dollar store has individual frozen servings of the fish so for a buck ya can't go wrong.

  5. Anything with a lot of fiber in it will keep you full until lunch. Here are some good examples.

    Oatmeal and a banana

    2 eggs with 2 slices of whole grain toast

    A broccoli and cheese omelet with a slice of whole grain toast

    Yogurt with a slice of cheese and some grapes

  6. Biscits and grave always fill me just right

    nd mabey some bacon on tha side lol!!

  7. I like to make myself a big banana smoothie it is really filling and I have an apple with that. Banana's are high energy content and apples just taste great.

    Bran flakes or Special K are also great for that because they are high in fibre.
