Many years ago in the 1970s I was lost in Swindon driving my car and came across a fish n chip shop doing a roaring trade on a Sunday afternoon.  Never seen anything like it in my life.  This was way before any changes to the then Puritan Sunday Trading Laws - the fish n chip shop owner just did not give a d**n about the then laws and served up huge bags of cod n chips - yumbo!

I've only been to Oxford once and ate at a friends, but if you don't get any decent answers here trying phoning the local student union cos they'll know! Not all Oxford students are rich. My friend definitely wasn't.
