A good city to go to college?

Hello, I'm trying to look up some cities that I could possibly to go to college here in the U.S.

I'm currently in NC and terribly bored of it. I can't wait to leave.

So does anyone know any good, large cities that I could go to college in? I was looking at Austin, TX, since I heard that was a nice and fairly large college city, but I wanted to get some more opinions on what would be a pretty nice place to go to.
