A good costume idea which wont cost much and is ok to wear in a town.?

ok well the thing is, its my m8s 18th and she wants everyone to dress up as something silly. But herbirthday plan is to go to the cinema and then to a resturant dressed up!!! I have to travel on a train alone dressed up as something. I dont have money either to go out and buy something!

yes I admit I have no imagionation right now!

I was thinking about a hobo but I dont no how I could make myself look like one efectivley!

plz help!

Try a masquerade outfit.  A pretty formal dress with one of those big bird masks, you can take the mask off- or leave it on and no one will know it's you.
