A good football plan for this team.?

Question

Darren Mcfadden from the Oakland Raiders should become quarter back because he played that position in college as well. And their main runner should be Michael bush, he runs just as good as McFadden. Get rid of jamarcus for a good 1st round draft pick. Mcfadden will be hard to sack because he sooo fast and he as accuracy jamarcus not so good. What do you think?

There is no way this would work.  First off, McFadden may have played quarterback in college (not sure on this, I haven't checked), he is the teams running back.  Michael Bush is a great player, but he is not an every down kind of back.  He is that type of back that can break a big play on 3rd down or come in later in the game to give McFadden some rest.  Besides, getting a first round pick for Russel would be extremely hard for the Raiders to do considering he is unproven and the amount of his contract.  Plus, the Raiders selected Russel to be the new quarterback for a reason.  He is quick on his feet (not the best, but not the worst) and he is getting more accurate as he progresses with an incredible deep ball.
