A good free video editing program?

I recently shot a home video and it turned out to be too dark due to low light. Is there a good free program that would make the clip brighter?

I use photoshop to brighten my pics, I guess I want the similar program to work on clips.

  3. I haven't used it in a long, long while so don't quote me, but you might try Adobe After Effects.

  4. Windows XP and Vista comes with their own video editor, it's not very powerful but certainly good enough for adding brightness to your home video. You could also have a look at Adobe Premiere seeing as you are into the Adobe Photoshop and they are made by the same people, however it isn't free.

  5. You can trial the 30 day version of Adobe Premier - after that you have to pay for it if you want to keep using it. Get it from Adobe.com

  6. use virtual dub
