Question:

A good general Chemistry reference book?

Hi all, I'm a college junior in Houston. I am looking for advice on a good general chemistry book to buy to use as a reference. I need it to cover mostly basic stuff...but so far all the ones I've found are way too basic (high school level). If there are any college freshman/sophomores out there who like the book they're using/recently used, let me know. And of course, professors who have gotten good feedback from students about a particular textbook would be a good source too. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
