ok the perfect gift huh? well it is based on the personality like the kind of music that she likes....get her a cd based upon her personality. Just cool stuff like make-up shes and stuff that shows who she is. A movie funny scary etc. I would get her an I-pod or some device as similar. a diary,jewlry,cool stuff for her room such as a bed spread fuzzy lamp phone etc. But the best gift would be to take her on a girls day out and take her to the mall.

All girls love clothing or accessories. If she is more of a girlie girl, try Forever 21. They have the cutest jewelry and hand bags. Also, an iTunes gift card is usually a good choice for a girl that likes music. Try avoiding gift cards to stores, people like surprises, and getting a gift card for a person hints that you don't really know their personality very well. At Target they also have pretty cheap movies for under 10 dollars, you could get her a tub of un-popped popcorn and put two movies in it along with some candy and some tissues for those love story movies that we can't help to cry at. Clothes, shoes, makeup, nail polish, purses, cash...

It really depends on what she's into. Everyone is different. The above mentioned items (with the exception of the cash) are more for the girly girls. If you are buying for a not-so-girly girl or the artist type, that stuff wouldn't be good. I suggest asking her what she wants and either get her what she says or make an educated decision to get her something else that you think she may like. 13-year-old girls are pretty difficult to buy for.
