  1. Use stinging nettles. You can buy this in pill form or as a tea. Works great!

Avoid using window fans to cool rooms, because they can pull pollen indoors.

Keep windows closed when driving, using the air conditioner if necessary, to avoid allergens.

Limit your time outdoors when ragweed pollen counts are highest — from mid-August until the first frost.

Other remedies: Quercetin,Omega-3s[help fight inflammation and can be found in cold-water fish, walnuts and flaxseed oil, as well as grass-fed meat and eggs],Butterbur.

    Good luck!

  2. Try taking some local bee pollen.  You can put it in a smoothie or just swallow it with some water.  You should be able to find it at a health food store like New Seasons or Whole Foods.  It tastes like sweet hay.

It changes your body's immune reaction to pollen when your body sees it as a food.

  5. these are not herbals but you may find this info useful nonetheless:

you can try nasal cleansing (washing nasal cavity with saline, e.g. sinucleanse).

you can also try applying cold water locally or systemically (e.g. a gradual cold shower) because cooling is known to have an anti-inflammatory effect.
