A good mult-vitamin?

Is there anyone who knows where I can get a multi-vitamin for my family that comes in a gel capsule? Most vitamins that we get from Walmart or drug store are so large they are almost impossible to swallow!

A great multivitamin in a gelcap is called Daily One by Twinlab.  It is more expensive than the ones you get at the grocery and drugstores, but it is a much better product.  There is a link below.  You have a choice between iron and no iron added.  I get the one without iron because the iron added makes me feel sick.

Have you considered chewable vitamins if swallowing is an issue? Gel capules can also be large.

If you find most vitamins tough to swallow, why not try Flintstone Vitamins (for kids)! Chewable and yummy. Read the label first, you may just need two a day instead of one.

When I was pregnant I mentioned that Pre-Natal Vitamins made me nauseous, and a maternity nurse suggested this.
