A good place in Las Vegas to get a industrial piercing?

I am 14 and want a good place to do this this piercing please don't say the mall they messed up with 4 other ear piercings I have and made it hurt worse than it should have.

My sisster has an industrial and i am pretty sure that she got it done at Diversity Tattoo shop. I know that she got some of her other peircings done at Precious s**t Tattoo shop on Charleston.
