A good place to go in England, for a nice chilled out weekend break, not too expensive, with good shopping!?

"chilled out" and "good shopping" go together like "London" and "Cheap Hotels" or "Nightlife" and "The lakes"- you should decide for one or the other.

I can't think of anything less chilled out than a highstreet or shopping centre!
