I am a college student and for my humanities class I need to interview a creative person. For example, a painter, sculptor, potter, musician, architect, musician, ...

I know nobody!

How would I go about finding someone like this? I live in the Dallas Area...

  1. most people in the art deparment are willing to talk just ask someone!

  2. A museum of art. A theme park with caricature artists. Barns in Noble around the Art section. Idk.

  3. Being a student in humanities group, you do not know any artist? Should I have to accept it? Okay I do accept since you might be a foreigner there. It's good to ask your senior teacher, then your neighbors & then the yellow page where you'll get their name, address, phone numbers, e-mail add or you just search typing <artist> at Yahoo! search engine. Better mention what type of artist you need first. Then you seek their permission. REMEMBER: Artists are too sensative by nature. So be serious and polite enough to talk to them. Hope your mission successful

  4. Art 101 down the hall.
