A good present to buy for a mothers b-day

Ok, my mothers b-day is in like 2 weeks and I have no clue what to get her. She looooves perfume, but thats what I get her every mothers day and her birthday so I wanna get her something different. She is the kind of person who gives and gives but she doesnt ask for anthing. She works so hard and I want to give her something special and not too expensive. She doesnt wear much jewelry cuz shes not much of a materialistic kind of person. I would just like ideas or something. Thanks :)
