    Quinoa is probably the healthiest and best.  It's a grain and you use it as rice.

  3. Well, if you are a vegetarian/vegan like I am, I suggest eating lots of yogurt, pasta, and bread. Those all have a lot of protein, especially cheese. And if you are really desperate for protein consumption, eat some protein bars or drink protein drinks.

  6. Go buy a couple tins of smoked baby clams and eat them on crackers. There's 44 grams of protein in one tin of them and they're cheap at Wal-Mart.
