A good shaver for women?

Question

I'm looking for a shaver that works very well. I don't have a lot of money to spend on it. I'd rather be able to shave in the shower but a dry shaver would be ok.

but please NO WAX OR VEET

I think mine is wilkinson intuition or something like that, it comes in pale blue.
