What is a good stretch to do if I'm trying to get my "heel stretch" or my "Y" for cheerleading?

  1. SPLITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... thats all i can say do all your splits. but also try bending at the waist and not bending you kneens and touching the ground.  Also sit with your legs right out in front of you and try to tought your nose to your knees. then try and grab your feet and pull you heels off the floor. Remember it may take a while and dont over do it. it may take around a week but just keep doing that and you will get better around 10 min each day should work!
