  1. not tv, you'll be grateful later

  2. i would give the kids a puppet show and some juice and Gram crackers

  3. let them make animals and things and have them ..uh put on a little 'puppet show'. make sure they wash their hands though

  4. What is the question?

  5. This isn't really something you should be feeding kids on a regular basis--as a special treat, maybe, but they'll eat any special treat. When I am getting kids to eat, I tell them crazy, wacky stories and bring in people they know (ex, Grandma Betty gets lost in the monkey house at the zoo). They find it hilarious and eat their food in a timely manner. I also read books to them while they eat, and turn the pages only if the kids take a bite.

  6. Personally, this is not an idea I would use.  I think my kids would start playing with their food more often and would also  try to eat clays and doughs that they shouldn't eat.

I think it's best to be settled down at meal time.  To make it interesting, you can arrange foods in happy ways -- eggs and pancakes can be shaped like Mickey Mouse faces, for instance.
