A good way to combine names?

I'm doing a theme for a scrapbook and I was just wondering...what would be a good combination of the names Andrew and MyKeshea?

Note: You know..like the celebrities have their name combos. For example, Brad + Angelina += Brangelina.

That combo is kind of a hard one.  I like dreshea the best.  Pronounced: dray-shee
