Well, it's 1:30am here...and i have to wake up at 5:30am cuz my friends and I are going to a college orientation thing in the morning..and we want to get breakfast on the way, and it takes about an hour to drive up there.. i've been trying to fall asleep for 2 hours, and even though i'm tired, i just can't fall asleep for anything. Now i'm stressing out cuz i'm the one driving in the morning and i'm going to be exhausted. Any exercises or anything i can do in the morning that will kind of wake me up, at least for a few hours to make it to the thing, and make it back? (then i can fall asleep when i get home around 1pm or so). Please help! thanks!
