A good way to stay looking young?

im only 16 so i dont have any wrinkles yet, but i was wondering, does anyone have any tips for helping to keep youthful skin and hair

...preferably using natural techniques and not using "amazing miricle creems" that have bifidus-fakius-iregularis particles

i currently eat a fairly healthy balanced diet, and only wash with water (the acne scrubs seem to give me acne instead of removing it) and i dont use heat on y hair

does anyone have anymore tips for me?

  1. Here's a tip... chill out.  You're 16.  Worry about that stuff when you're 61.

  2. Do not tan your face. If you like being tan, use make up (no, it does not cause acne unless yo let it build up, wash it off at night).

I know a woman who tanned for years everyday and now she is 56 and she looks 76. she cries everyday because of the wrinkles she has. be wise. tan your body and but put something over your face.

  3. There are no miracle creams, so it's really good to start with a great skin care regime.  My only comment is that you may want to try a cleansing cream like Cetaphyl that will help to take the grime off that water alone can't.

Some of my other recommendations - besides the ones that you already follow in having a healthful diet - is to drink lots of water.  Always use a sunscreen or even wear something with a brim in order to reduce your eyes from squinting and getting wrinkles around your eyes.

There is a great moisturizer with a very good sunscreen they sell at CVS.  I think it's called Athenleos or something like that.

  4. Don't suntan.  I don't believe in all the sunscreen hype because it was manufactured by the cosmetics industry to sell products and make money.  Natural sunlight is healthy.  However, if you are going to be outside all day, definitely wear it.

Wear a face cream at night when either Vitamin A, D and E or Royal Jelly.  They are proven anti-agers and collagen builders.

Get enough sleep.  Don't smoke, use drugs or sleep around.  Promiscuity is damaging to your spirit, and it shows on your face and in your eyes.  Don't let yourself hold grudges or become bitter.  Kind, forgiving people are happy people, and happy people age well.

Forget about youthful hair.  Your hair is dead now and it will always be dead.  In addition, as you age your hair will thin and go gray and you can color and highlight it to make it shiny and rich looking.  If it gets really thin, you can wear extensions.

Also, I don't have any wrinkles around my eyes or crow's feet either, and I swear it's because I've been applyiing Vaseline to my eye area every night for 25 plus years.
