Good question. I clicked around, and kept going back to the site I use, Seventeen.com, Seventeen Magazine's website. It has an application, The Salon, which is pretty good. The styles and colors can tend to be a bit 90's in style, but they have a good selection of ideas, as well as models you can use. If I find any others, I will reply again. I found quite a few by searching 'online makeovers' on Google, but the flash player on this computer is weird and won't work.
