if u mean english as a second language, then it depends what the primary language is

for english & grammar in general there are lots of tutorials online, ranging from very basic & on up.....englishpage.com, englishgrammar101.com, englishgrammarsecrets.com, englishgrammarconnection.com, etc.

u can also see video english lessons online for free at youtube.com

I recommend Rosetta Stone.  There is a charge but there may be a trial so you can try it out and see if it works for you.  They can teach you any language you want to learn.  Check out their website rosettastone.com

I have access to their language learning and it's fantastic.  Very easy to learn!!

My best advice is to talk with people who already talk english, you can lean alot from real people.

english is the most talked language in the world but if you can't find anyone to help you i'm sure there are some websites that are only a click away
