mac shadesticks are exactly the same thing as this, i think they may be being phased out though so there isn't as many colours to choose from but "bei-jing" is actually alot lighter than the swatch shown on mac website.

It almost looks like MAC's shadestick so you could get one of those but a MAC eyeshadow in crystal avalanche, gesso, or white frost could turn out like that and lastly MAC pigment in vanilla (and if you get this pigment, it'll be the greatest thing you could get because its multi-purpose, you could use it as lip gloss, eyeshadow, liquid eyeshadow, liner, shimmer for the face or body, so you'll get your money's worth)
