A great resort to get married in cancun or surrounding area??

Anyone get married there?? Best resort with good food and a great beach..

  1. I didn't get married there, but I recently vacationed at the Paradisus Rivieria Maya (about 30 minutes from Cancun). I saw them setting up for a wedding while I was there, and it looked really beautiful. The beach was gorgeous and the resort had several restaurants and catering.


  2. Try Riu Cancun.  Riu is a Swedish owned company, I believe.  I've been to more Riu resorts than any other.  All of their hotels also have an on-site disco...so you and your guests don't have to leave the resort to party.  The Riu Cancun also has a beautiful infinity pool.

    EDIT:  I hear that Sandals resorts are good too for weddings.
