A group is using yahoo groups to e mail me?

How can I stop people e mailing me using yahoo groups

at the bottom of those posts have unsubscribe info although I wouldn't recommend unsubbing in that manner since it doesn't work. if you can, go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column leave Group, check the box- click save changes

in case you were added to a group w/o your permission, you have the right to report it with the abuse form

Here is how you can unsubscribe from a Yahoo Group:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.
