A guy had his girlfriend sign his name to a house note(owner finance) the document is not noterized.?

he was out of town and had his girlfriend sign his name to the note, do i still own the house or does he even though he never actually signed it himself?

I would think even though its not notarized it should still hold some ground because it was a contract, it may still hold up in court. But I just wanted to say that its people like that who ruin it for everyone, there are people out there who don't really have good credit and would love an owner finance but losers like this have to go and put a bad taste in the owners mouth so now they will never do another owner finance and everyone is not like that!!!!!!!
