1) how do i get my computer back to normal? (it has a whole buch of trojans, 'bad cookies', and it is slow.)

2) how to get back at my attacker.

3) how to get rid of the possibly phoney (and very annoying) anti-spyware like VISTA and SpyShreddeR.

i also cannot type very well and signals seems to get lost while i am transfering to the internet. it also really sucks because i think the firewall just slipped up on time and my father just HAD to mess with it (being the handy-man, and all). now it freezes too. please help!

  2. first of all, don't get tensed

    disconnect your internet

Then from any other computer download BitDefender Internet Security 2008( you can get a trial version. It gives you all around

protecttion from hackers, viruses, spywares, malwares and it has a good firewall

Install BitDefender Internet Security 2008 in your system and update it by connecting to your internet

    scan the system for infection

you should not have any other anti-virus,anti-spyware in your system while installing bitdefender.use bitdefender firewall instead of windows firewall

later, use TuneUp Utilities 2008 to clean your system and correct registry errors

use click maintenance in tune up 2008

  3. don't download anything, that's what got you here in the first place.  Talk to a friend or someone that knows what they are doing and have them reinstall Windows.  Basically you'll lose what's on your computer but it will be back and working perfectly.  It's like having a clean slate.

    Once you've done that -

    1. Download AVG Ant-Virus Free Edition

    2. Download Spy-Bot Search and Destroy

    3. Download Mozilla Firefox for your internet browser

    4. And do not use programs like Limewire etc..

Do not download something off the internet from a site you do not trust.

Maybe ask someone for advice on whether or not you should download it or not.

For now with your computer as is - if you do not reinstall Windows, it will be very very hard to get all of the trojans and spyware off.

But download the programs i told you and it will most definitealy remove most of the bad stuff.

Do not pay for any programs that you do not need. You can usually get a program for free that's just as good.

Message me if you need any further help.

  4. Get Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware , it is the Best I have used so far, and I have been on the internet since 1996, and I know what works and what doesn't.

this is by far THE BEST you can use for your situation.

    it is only $24.95

you can try for free, as soon as you download it and install it , Before you do any scan go to Update tab and download the latest update. and then scan .

If you are on windows vista, Right click the program icon on your desktop and " Run As Administrator" . if you are on XP run it normally.

    Good luck

let me know what happens please

    Cheers

  5. You have NOT been hacked, you have downloaded from a bad site and been infected with spyware. Forget wasting time trying to get back at someone, your carelessness probably caused the infection. You now need to download and update a GOOD anti-spyware and scan with it in safe mode. The longer you struggle on, the more infections you will get and the more difficult it will be to recover.
