A hawk has been bothering my two little yorkies for a week now how do I get rid of him, without hurting him?

Keep your dogs inside. The Hawk has every right to hunt wherever it wants.

Make a scarecrow.

Or, go to a farm supply store and get a large plastic owl. They are sold to keep other critters away (like pigeons, squirrels, etc.). I think it might be effective against the hawk too.

Be careful. The hawk is capable of injuring or even killing a small dog. Don't let them out of the house without having them on a leash.

Also, you need to understand that hawks are protected. Not only must you not harm them, you may not 'molest' them in any way. If you have doubts about how you can disuade the hawk, you should talk to local wildlife officials for assistance.
