  1. Call an SPCA, Humane Society, Animal Control... Some type of animal shelter near you!

You can probably also call a local vets office and they'll tell you where to call if you don't know where and they may help you get this mare out of where she currently is.

This mare some professional help. Step one of that is to get her away from that place that's her "home" and get her away from that neglect she's been treating with.

  2. Take pictures of the surroundings BEFORE you drop off feed (and after) and file a complaint with your local animal control authority.

Keep a log of the days you have visited, the condition you found upon arrival (no food, no water, no shelter, etc.)

Ask the authorities when they will be visiting and meet them there.  DO NOT leave feed/water before they arrive, in many cases if food is present, it makes the difference between being able to take immediate action and having to work with the shithead owner.

  3. Call the ASPCA Call a vet  report it to the police   you can't leave her like this  but legally you cant do anything so CALL someone who can

call the rspca or the animal welfare league  even call your local police station   at least they would be able to give you a few ph no: look in the ph book  google it  horse rescue centres     even call someone you know who might know someone who can help   call your farrier even  local vet  surely there is someone you can call out of this list ????

  4. Call the RSPCA or the local vet and let them know about her.

  5. I personally would call animal police because NO ANIMAL deserves to be in that kind of condition untreated. Think about the trauma that horse is probably going through.

    Good Luck

  6. Call your local vet and stay calm! The vet will be there soon!

  7. call the RSPCA and r u in victoria r u?? 03 9224 2222 thats the number i think

    hope this helps!!!

  8. you should call an animal shelter and get them to come and take her away that is just cruel i don't no what country your from but if our from australia call the rspca as soon as possbile.

  9. Hello from kat - Mias BFFL

you need to look in your local yellow pages, U DONT LIVE IN CORIO!

call your vet and tell them her condition, they'll come and asses and hopefully charge the owner!

    hopeihelpedxoxo:o)

  10. call the aspca or some other animal organization that can help her

  11. I would try and get in touch with WHO ever might own her and discuss your concerns with them before you call the ASPCA...for all you know the horse could be like 30 yrs old and on its death bed. It still does sound like abuse though, but don't just be a d*ck about it and call authorities on them. I really would try and talk to them about possible solutions and getting someone involved to help and if they are unwilling then give a call. All the best of luck!
