A hotel NEAR Burswood, WA?

I need urgently a hotel within 10km of the Burswood Entertainment Complex that ISN'T either the Intercontinental or the Holiday Inn and isn't over $250 a night for two people. Help?

there is a ton of motels on great eastern highway in rivervale.  

check the yellow pages for hotel/motel accomodation in rivervale and see how you go.

ps.  you do know you can actually stay at Burswood as it's a hotel too??

Tooraks... call them up and ask them about the prices, a taxi from burswood to there would be less than 20 bucks for sure because they're just down the road.

The room prices start from only $80 a night so very cheap!! Thats where my friends and i stay when we wanna good night out but dont wanna spend a fortune on room or anything!

really good as they show maps etc :) I tried to get a hotel close as possible, but its hard, there's an awesome BnB in vic park (which is closish)

Also, coz burswood is at a train station, maybe stay in the city? (But NOT if your alone, the burswood train station can get a lil... hmm yeah we'll go with 'aggressive')
