A huge deep bumped on my lower back???

i thought it might be a zit, but it was so deep and hard, and its been hurt all day and i havent really been messing with it, but while i was on the phone i was just messing with it and it just exploded, and it was warm yellowish stuff, i didntjust came out it just like shot out it was so gross, what could it be? its still there and its sore.

don't pick at it  anymore, it could have been just a zit, maybe an ingrown hair, or it could be a cyst. or maybe something more serious, like a bug bite of some sort, just keep it clean, and if its still comming to a head, or having discharge, see a doctor.

All you were doing was getting rid of white matter, its sore because of dark matter in TIME you find its all a grey matter.
