  1. The first thing you have to do it change her Social Security Card.  You can download the forms online.

    After you receiv the new card, change it with her school, doctors, everywhere else.


  2. Why didnt you ask the judge? LOL! But go to your local court house and ask there. Or call them somebody will point you in the right direction.

  3. Call your local office of vitals and statistic's if anyone would know what you need to do, they will!
