A large mall close to bakersfield, CA?

i am going to go abck to school shopping out of town,

and i need to find a mall with a wide varity of stores that is simi-close to Bakersfield

In Bakersfield, There is Valley Plaza Mall, on Ming Avenue off Freeway 99.  Click here for a map:

The main "anchor" stores are Macy's, Gottschalks, Penney's and Sears, but of course there are tons of smaller stores as well.  At this Web page, you can click on "select directory" to see the whole list:
