I am 15, I have not benched in a long time and about 1 week ago i decided to start a routine again. I did 25 lbs 10 reps. The next day in the upper right part of my arm. Where the bicep is i think started to hurt. It has hurt through out the week but less pain and it did not bother me that much until today when i lifted again because i thought it was nothing to worry about. I was wondering if i pulled a muscle or possibly teared it?? Any help thanks
