A-level maths mechanics or statistics??

can you plz explain the difference and which one is easier?

usually do s1 in first year of a-levels and m1 in the second year of a-levels

just finished s1 and was pretty easy. going to do m1 now in my second year.

Statistics is much easier and its applicable to real life. Also you learn how to apply this stuff to playing cards and you can win beats and probability helpful.

I did mechanics because i had to to do physics. Everyone says stats is easier though, and that is the unit everyone else does.

Its not necessarily true that you do m1 in the second year... i did D1 which is like stats but isnt S2, so is easier.

Statistics is way easier it even contain some of the GSCE stuff however, mechanics is horrible i didn't like it. It is like physics so if you like physics you might like mechanics as well. But i would advice that you pick statistics.
