  1. I got my AS results today-AAAB. I kno i should be ecstatic but i got the B for Maths and i want to go on to do Maths in Uni and the uni i want to go to wont accept a B, so i'm a bit down. I'm gonna give it a 110% for my second year now and hopefully things should work out..

  2. I'm very pleased with my AS-Level results.

    Results ; AAAB

I was very surprised though. I got the B in the subject I thought I would do the best in [English Language] - and got the highest marks in the subject I thought I would do the worst in [History].

I even got full marks 120/120 on the History paper that is often regarded as the hardest of the three in that course.

It goes to show, you never know what to expect. Hard work certainly goes a long way though.

Hopefully I'll continue to do well into my A-levels next academic year and get into a great university. =]

  3. I feel elated, as i now know that all the hard work i put in has been worth it. Although, it was only my AS Level results, and one A2, and i still have a year left, i still have plans for University and now with these grades, it's the start in hopefully achieving what i want to in the future. Although, i am sort of annoyed at the media and some of their opinions on how exams have been "dumbed down". Because i put alot of hard work in, and when some narrow-minded people read it, they believe it, and therefore to some people, your achievement isn't valued, even though it should be. Are you an Alevel student? If so, i hope you got what you wanted =]

  4. I feel SO pleased! I did a lot better than i thought i had, and I got into the uni that I wanted to go to. I took 6 exams in June and got an A in 3 of them and i'd never had an A in sixth form before! One of them was a resit and i went from an E to an A so i'm thrilled! Got 2 Bs and 1 C overall. Hope you did well too.

  5. I'm a mixed bag of emotions. I was about 2 or 3 marks shy off an A grade in the subject I'm really passionate about, but next year I am going to do so much better, as I am going to be doing subjects I'll enjoy more.

I've passed every subject I have taken at Sixth Form so far (been there two years and have an A Level in Applied ICT, and AS Levels in Photography, Art and Design, Psychology and English Language). So in my third year I will be taking:

A Level Photography...and I will get my A that I should have got today

BTEC National Certification in Graphic Design

    A Level English Language

  6. I teach A level and I'm very pleased with the results of the kids I teach. Only the lazy gits who did no work failed and they deserved to fail.
