  1. getting rid of fat involves running and cardio!! Lol the squats will tone them and make them harder, maybe even bigger. so i suggest doing alot of cardio and running, but on a flat surface because if you are on a hill that builds leg muscle. and stretch your inner thighs that helps.

  2. Start running.  Normally the weight training would add muscle mass to help you burn fat when you're not working out.  Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your perspective) as a woman, even if you squatted like an olympian you're thighs aren't going to get huge (unless you're taking steroids).  As a female you just don't have enough testosterone.  So, focus on lots of cardio to burn the fat.

  3. your genes determine were you burn fat from if your a girl then your thighs will probably be the last place you loose the fat

but building the muscle is still a good idea cuz itll firm them up its unlikely that theyll look overly muscular unless you use them ALOT

  4. You cannot spot reduce.  In other words, you cannot do an exercise that would get rid of fat specifically on your thighs.  To lose weight on your thighs, you'd need to lose weight all together.

If you're just looking to get a firmer (not muscular, just not flabby) look, exercises focussed on your thighs would help you achieve that.  Trust me, you'll be able to see that you're starting to gain muscle long before it gets ridiculous-- so don't worry about having manly thighs.
