A little YMCA question?

Am I alowed to swim at the Y in Joliet, IL for free? If not, is there a cheap way to swim there for a few months? Thankyou : )

No you can't swim for free, in my opinion the Y isnt all its made out to be, it's expensive. $100 initial sign-up and $40 a month after that.

add: daily rate without membership is $10, which excludes the use of the weight room (gym and pool only).

You would need to join the Y in Joliet.

No.  If you are not a member, then you will need to pay for a daily pass at a rate of 6 dollars for children and 8 dollars for adults.  You will also need to check the times offered for family/lap swim.
