ok so if my dad has a cousin and that cousin gets married to a guy what would the guy be to me i thought he would be like a second cousin but idk plz help

i think technically that sounds like your 2nd cousin by marriage [your dads cousin is your 2nd cousin -his first cousin....]

maybe even your 2nd cousin once removed may be the term ....my mum would know as she studies genealogy...look up a site about it and find out?

Your dad's cousin is your 2nd uncle/aunt; and, if your second uncle/aunt marries, their spouse would be your 2nd uncle/aunt as well (by law). - Annibalien23
