  1. 1- ukulele- it's only got four strings.

    2- at the twelfth fret the harmonic is sounded- it sounds an octave above the open string.

    3- harmonic- you take the harmonic of the string you want to tune- play it on a different string (harmonic an A bass string and compare to fretted A on G string)

    4.  I think it's the top three- but I'd go with guitar going out of tune

    5.  EGBDF- every good boy does fine
