i need to know if the arc de triomphe in paris is the world's largest triumphal arc. some places say it's the largest and others say that north korea built a larger one in 1982, but that's what wikipedia says and i don't really trust wikipedia..... please help!!!! i'm confused! thanks bunches !!!! ^^

No, the Arc de Triomphe is the world's second largest triumphal arch. The largest and highest is in North Korea. The North Korean arch was deliberately built larger than its french counterpart.

You shouldn't always trust Wikipedia, but on this one, Wikipedia is right (and Britannica is wrong!) France.com and discoverfrance.net both confirm it.
