A little help with picture edits?

i would like to edit some of my picutres, and turn my eyes a diffrent color, is there any websites that i can use for free and it actually works.? thank you so much for your time(:

Yahoo's own Flickr allows you to get rid of red-eye. Many online photo portals have the same capability.

You can download PhotoFiltre for free:

Changing Eye Color with Photo Filtre:

-File>Open

-Selection>Set Shape>Lasso

-Use the Lasso Tool to draw around the eye.

( Zoom in on area when doing this.)

-Adjust>Hue/Saturation

(Play with the sliders until you get the color you want)

*make a note of the settings to use on the other eye*

-Selection>Hide Selection.

Repeat for other eye.

-If you need to touch up the edges of the re-colored area to blend in better

use the Smudge Tool on the "precise" setting...keep opacity low, around 10-20.

When done click File>Save As
