A little problem with computer addiction!!!!!!!!!!! click HERE IMPORTANT!!!!!!?

well, over the summer, I'm planning to take SHSAT prep. I want to go to a GOOD high school. This is going t be a VERY rough summer for me. I have LOADS AND LOADS of work to do. The only problem is I have a computer addiction. Once I'm on the computer I cant get off!!!!!! I am afraid I migh spend the whole summer on the computer and wont get any preping done. Then I am going to be screwed and not get into a good high school. Please I try soo hard not to go on the computer but then I end up going on and staying on. Emergency help now!!!! This will affect my future ALOT!! I am an honers student with a 97 average. I got one of the highest averages in my entire grade. I got the highest score for the State ELA and Math in my class. What should I DO?? My PC gets in my way of work and I turn lazyyyyy!!!!! I am in the 7 grade and I'm 13 .I have regents next year in the 8 grade. I have to study for that too. What are some ways to help prevent me from going to on the compute???? =]]]]]]]]]]]]]]

Just concentrate on work. I know you have to check your e-mail but just take it easy. If you still have that felling that you have to get on turn off your computer for a while and forget about. Hopefully it will work for you like it did for me.

try to limit your time on the computer, like set a time limit, or tell your parents to not let you on the computer after you have been on for a certain amount of time. Or you can set a time in which you can be on the computer, like, you are allowed on the computer from2-7 and after that no more computer. Also study away from your computer when you can.

Take an SHSAT prep class. You can't get on the computer while your there, and you'll have help studying.

umm..i don't have any extraordinary ideas....but turn off the comp. study and concentrate on your work and if you get into the work then you eill automatically forget about the comp.

TURN IT OFF  AND PRETEND IT DOESNT EXIST.. IF UR GONNA WORK GO SOME WHERE THERES NO COMPUTER.. MAKE UR SELF WORK. EDUCATIONS BETTER THEN THE WEB..
